Tiny Habits® is a breakthrough method for habit formation created by Stanford behavior scientist, Dr BJ Fogg.
BJ is the world's leading authority on the science of behavior change. He's been researching and teaching insights about human behavior for over 20 years.
I've been fortunate to learn directly from him and Linda Fogg-Phillips at the Tiny Habits® Academy.

I'm a Tiny Habits® Certified Expert and a learning solution architect, instructional designer, and master facilitator with close to 15 years of work experience.

I have designed, developed, and delivered numerous high-impact and award-winning solutions and programs.

I founded Habits and Mindsets to help individuals and organizations meet their aspirations through the powerful Tiny Habits® system.
Before Habits and Mindsets, I led the Behavioral Training and Leadership Development Team for Cognizant’s Digital Operations and worked on Special Projects as part of the Office of the Chief Learning Officer.
I've completed BA in English literature and BEd from Mumbai University, and a Postgraduate course in HRM from XLRI. I'm a neuroscience enthusiast, a nature lover, and a foodie.
